Richard L. Rogers, DDS

When asked why he loves what he does every day, Dr. Rogers’ reply is heartfelt.  “I want to make my friends and family feel comfortable and safe and well taken care of when they come to see me at my dental practice.”  He lives the philosophy of "Golden Rule Patient Care" each day by expecting himself and his team to measure up to the highest standards of quality, care and compassion.  His patients truly notice the difference!

Dr. Rogers is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Georgetown University Dental School. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, American College of Dentists and is a former president of the Frederick County Dental Society. In 2009, Dr. Rogers was nominated to be listed among "Best Of Dentists" on Washingtonian.com. He's one of only two dentists in Frederick to be a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Rogers has received advanced training in all aspects of general dentistry, implants, TMJ treatment, and current advancements in non-surgical gum treatment.

He is a lifelong student and mentor of the world-renowned facility of restorative dental education, The Pankey Institute, dedicated to providing the highest quality, state-of-the-art dentistry. The Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education inspires dentists to achieve superior dentistry, and to be as great as their potential. It is a living philosophy and a system that Dr. Rogers incorporates into his daily practice.

Dr. Rogers also participates in a program called Clinical Research Associates (CRA), one of 400 dentists selected worldwide. CRA was organized to test all types of dental products, equipment, materials, and techniques. The non-profit research institute tests over 650 different products yearly. Through research, Dr. Rogers keeps up-to-date on the latest in dental technology and equipment. He also determines what new materials do not fit strict standards of quality. This protects patients from new products that do not perform according to their claims and helps us offer the highest quality dentistry available today.

Linda Waring

Practice Administrator

Linda has been in the dental field since 1967 with experience in General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Periodontics. After working in private practice for 26 years, she accepted a Faculty Administrative position at Georgetown University Dental School in April of 1983, where she met Dr. Rogers. After Georgetown Dental closed their doors in 1990, Linda worked in Northern Virginia until 1992 when she accepted a position with Dr. Rogers.

Margo Ebersole

Certified Dental Assistant

Margo is a Certified Dental Assistant and has been with Dr. Rogers since July 1997. Margo successfully completed a 9-month program provided by Medix School, located in Towson, Maryland, from which she earned her certification. She jumped right into the dental field working with another office for 6 months before engaging in her rewarding career with Dr. Rogers. Margo has 20 years experience in the health care field, having previously worked as a Nursing Assistant. Margo and her husband, Mark, live in Jefferson, Maryland.

Gloriann Golden

Registered Dental Hygienist

Gloriann brings over 9 years of experience to Dr. Rogers' patients. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, and a Minor in Human Health Sciences and Education from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Gloriann lives in Hagerstown with her husband Joe and sons, Kelsey and Eli.

Nancy Peltier

Dental Assistant

Nancy joined our office in August 1999. Nancy comes to us with over 25 years experience in the dental field. Nancy is originally from Garrett County and now lives in Hagerstown with her husband, Bob. Nancy has brought to our office creativity, professionalism, and a real concern for patients and their dental care.

Christina Barmoy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Christina brings a wealth of dental experience to our practice.  She recently celebrated her 30 year anniversary in the dental field.  Christina received her certification as a dental assistant from Montgomery College in 1974 and her license as a dental hygienist in 1977 from Allegany College.  She enjoyed 21 years in private practice at the Hyndman Area Health Center in Pennsylvania prior to joining our team in January 2006.  “Chris” has two sons:  John, who lives in Boston, and Christian, who lives in Arlington.  She and her husband, Herbert, live in Cumberland, Maryland.
